Not sure whether you have a valid claim? Here's a quick guide to help you decide.
You May Be Able to Claim If:
- The accident was not your fault (or was partly someone else's fault)
- You were a driver, passenger, pedestrian, or cyclist
- The accident happened within the last three years (time limits apply)
- You suffered an injury or financial loss as a result
- Your vehicle was damaged
What If the Accident Was Partly Your Fault?
Even if you were partly to blame, you may still be entitled to compensation. This is called "split liability" and the amount you receive may be reduced in proportion to your share of responsibility.
What If the Other Driver Was Uninsured or Untraced?
If you're hit by an uninsured or hit-and-run driver, claims can be made through the Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB). We can help you with this process.
Still Unsure?
